Allstar Plastics did a Rooster prototype and tested the fabricated sign on the roof of the vehicle using the Sea Sucker 114 mm black vacuum mount. It was confirmed two Sea Sucker vacuum mounts with a combined pull rating of 90 kg would meet their customer’s needs.
Allstar Plastics work with Edge Sign to complete the next phase of production which was to brand the Illuminated Sign and apply vinyl.
Allstar Plastics completed the order for over 100 fabricated Roosters to be palletised and get ready for dispatch to designated areas around Australia.
