Router Cutting
CNC cutting uses a physical rotating tool for cutting versus the laser, which is quick but limited in material thickness and can affect the material durability. Mechanical carving may be preferred if you require deep cuts or 3D contouring. Router cutting is also preferred for any structural elements, as laser cutting can affect the integrity of the material if working with acrylic.
Our large router machine fits sheet sizes up to 4 x 2 meters which allows for larger jobs as well as cost and time efficiency to cut multiple items from one sheet. The CNC uses Multicam Vision System which is the most powerful registration system on the market and boasts software that is fully integrated with the equipment. This produces outstanding accuracy of our CNC cutting.
